This is my second lot. I used the blank lot of the Mayor's House to make it. It is in the rewards catagory and is available at the begining of when you start your city. It is a Small Estate on a 2 x 3 lot, and looks good near low density $ houses. It also looks really nice in a town with a lot of agriculture. Please rate and give suggestions.

 

Requirements: bldgprop_vol1 and bldgprop_vol2. And SimCity 4 of course.
