You took my description format! Nah, that's cool, just remember when you copy and paste stuff to check it first. You have only listed one version included (Landmark), not two. Nice building though, could make the lot a little smaller - just change the occupant size before you put it on a lot. 9/10.

The textures are better than the other residential bat, but the base really brings down the overall attractiveness. This could be something special. Maybe give is a re-do?
