Good thing is this'll get the idea of an arcology into everyone's minds. Tehy are sorely missed from the previous games. Not every building needs to be gorgeous, either.

This one is much better than your last one. I dont like the base all that much, but the rest is good. Also, since its a low wealth building, its ok that it doesnt look very beutiful. This'll do good for a large city that has high low wealth and all the neighboring regions are used up. 8/10

isnt it possible to make a lot with your desired res effects without it being a hideous monstrosity? These would look more like computer glitches than anything that would be built in my beautiful cities.

R$ buildings need not be beautiful. In fact, they ought to be ugly. Sorry, this just isn't realistic. If you really want to build a lot for huge amounts of R$, why not design some projects? Not a tall skyscraper, but a bunch of tenements all laid out on one lot. That would be cool!

It is DUTCH Language not GERMAN.

well the entire point of this lot is to be a huge monstrosity... I guess not too many people want to build *really* large stuff... making a small lot with 60.000 residents would make even less sense :/ and obvioulsy the language is DUTCH ;)

..sorry about Dutch....well I think that German is a bit closer to Dutch than "simlish language".

EASY, folks. Daeley, alot of folks do their downloads by the look of the picture. This is good for a REALLY big city.

(darn text limits!) Perhaps an office building would be better. Lord knows we have an awful lot of them in real life. And, I like the idea of a tenament. I'm not a lotmaker myself, but I've tweaked a couple here and there.

You can do a etter job merging the props.
