This is the first in a series of transit-enabling the default maxis lots. This is the exact same thing as the army base, but the dirt paths are street-transit enabled. Also, when doing tank or army truck UDI missions, the vehicles will periodically spawn in the base.
No Dependencies place both files in your plugins folder
This replaces the original army base
