First it started out with a modern take on City Hall, and then I said "heck with it", I went a little further.
This is my first package of buildings. It's a three in one download. City hall, the courthouse, and the mayor's house. The city hall idea derived from my traditional looking one, which I noted was "old looking". And as I like the traditional look, I know there's a lot of people that want a lot like this one. So, here it is. As you can see, I also decided to give the mayor house and courthouse a little makeover too. All you have to do is download the file and extract the lots into your plugins folder. If there's a lot you don't want from the package, just delete that lot from your plugins.
The buildings are cheaper to plop too:
City Hall: Plop: $20,000; Bulldoze: $1600; Monthly: $280.
Courhouse: Plop: $22,000; Bulldoze: $1960; Monthly: $110.
Mayor's House: Plop: $1500; Bulldoze: $100; Monthly: $5.
