While an interesting concept, I'm not sure you'd really want to download every single lot and bat file. Even though you might have enough room for it all, they might cause a lot of problems with SC4, not to mention the fact that they might not even be compatible with each other. P.S. Think about all that time spent downloading...

You might need to use the Landscape Designer to change it into the proper format. That should solve your problem.

This would be a great mod. A city just wouldn't be complete without one-way highways. Then you could actually build multi-highways, provided there are proper connection pieces.

Looks good. I agree with others on the balcony concept. If you were to have those, then you should have actual balconies, not gaps between floors. Just a suggestion, but maybe you want to add a small park in the middle, maybe have a statue or monument? It would look nice and be a good space filler.
