bluelava: Make sure you install it in your Pgm Files SC4 Plugins folder.

I'll give you a 10 because I would never be able to do this on my own and when I want to just build and not be "realistic" this will come in very handy. I happen to like windmills. Thank you.

Yes! save my space - I like it TONS! For those concerned about realism .... uhhh it's a game and no one's forcing you to download it are they? Personally I LOVE cheats and judging from the number of successful cheat sites I'm not really alone in my passion.

Um i'm a little late at posting but this is a GREAT mod. The only thing I don't like is that it's a little windmill. If it was a big plant then I would like it even more but this is still great!!!

only if I knew how to create things like this after redownload BAT & gam along with Lot Editor. I'll have to do my homework again in reading how to use BAT. I'm slow at learning things like this. Can someone give me some advice on creating things like this so I can contribute to the community too.
