No commercial or industrial buildung but simply a better playground. Really a very nice idea.

in which menu will I find the playgrund...maybe my park menu is to full and I see nothing more...where is the playground ??

Superb !! A definite 10 !!

The Park Effect boost is good. But, I question the Pollution Reduction. Playgrounds usually ADD trash, not much but some. (I want that rooftop you got in your picture though!)

Thanks for this lot, now I have 3 different sizes of playgrounds for my young sims lol. I rate it 10/10!
