Specs are too many to mention here, read the readme file, but the plopp cost is Half a Million (oh yes, but worth it, because it gives a lot) and the CO$$$ jobs are over 21K.

this is the first NEXIS lot I'm downloading. It's not that i don't like your work, it's more that up until now you haven't made anything I really have a use for. I perfer modded lots radical to realistic. But A tall skyscraper is a must d/l for me...

Geez, you sure know how to work your ass off to make a kick ass building, this deserves a 10 for sure.

This lot is amazing. A must have in all my big cities.

How big a population do I need for this to work? I had a city of over 500k, connected roads to lot etc. It slowly adandoned due to low demand, though my commercial demand bars were all max. It also killed off most other commercial offices. Some tips would be nice!

Lot looks pretty great but you could have used custom buildings instead. Otherwise i'd give it a 7
