About This File

To celebrate the 100th Lot of Nexis, we bring you The Three Tower Centennial.A Landmark,CO$$$ and a Park all in one!The Main administrative office of the region.Please read the readme file, before using it, since you have to know certain things for it to function properly.Also look at the pics included,this will help you to understand.

All the custom work on this lot is mentioned also in the readme file .Too long to mention here.It is 12x16 and all worthwhile to put it into your City.Do not place this in a small town,it will *kill* it...lol

So far out of 27 ratings, there are 26 ten ratings. Now how anyone could think this is worth less is beyond me. This is the one that sets the standard, All future lots should NOT receive a 10 unless it compares favorably with this one.

Now, first of all , Thanks to all the Participants who helped me make this lot, then Thanks to you and your nice words and encouragements. BTw , it took me 16 hrs of fitting to do this lot and NO, it is not a BAT lot,only the Banner and pools are custom. The rest is with the LotEditor.Thanks .
