Honestly, this was just experimental, and more practice than anything else, but it turned out okay so I thought I'd share it with you guys. It's a 2x3 CS$ stage 2 corner lot, growable only. It is loosely based off of a venue in Corpus Christi Texas, downtown, and is meant to look somewhat dirty.
It employs 30 sims.
The only dependency for this file is BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01.dat
(i use this one alot because most people already have it)
