This release is a part of my ongoing "clean up the HD and finish off unfinished BATs" cappaign. I started this project more than a year ago and maybe I could pick a few details that had been better if I had made this today. But I guess it could at least give Your back streets some variation.
This download includes two buildings based on the same model. They grow in 1 x 3 medium density zones and provide homes for 92 R$$$ sims each. You will also find ploppable eyecandy lots of those buildings in the landmarks menu.
