........kinda dark? The BAT looks fantastic, so do the details and textures, but maybe a little too dark because it is too outstanding ingame.

Could be a little lighter, but since I don't know if this is a real building, I'll give 9/10.

Maybe reducing the colour saturation would help already. It's really a great BAT model, and my first thought was indeed that it looks like a school. Are there any night lights, by the way?

A bit on the dark side but that needn't be a negative -- I like the dark reddish-brown brick. Good work.

Excellent

The basic model is great, it has a strong and powerful appearance and is very well proportioned. It looks much better in-game than in this screenshot. But this bat is a little too dark and a little too monotone-red textured overall. Maybe You could lighten it up and add decorations on the facade in other colour (grey stone, yellow brick..) to give it some colour variation to fit better in the Sim City environment. Also Nightlights would be appericated. I look forward to see your next project!
