This is a high-wealth commercial building for Your sims to enjoy!
I started making this building more than two years ago, as it was first thougt to be exclusively built in a city here in Simtropolis CJ section. But the CJer in question stopped updating and left Simtropolis just about when the building was finished. Therefore, the building has never been used. But I thought it was time for that now.This building is based on one of my other bats, the Büro Alfred Messel. I recommend You to have both in Your city for more variation.
This building comes as a growable CO$$$ with 59 jobs. You will also find a ploppable version in the landmarks menu, free to plop but with no impact on Your city. Pure eyecandy that is!
