Please note that this Station is pretty much obsolete, having long since been included as an Option in the Network Addon Mod (NAM). The NAM version also features updated modding that will avoid potential capacity problems, which can lead to a bug that prevents entire transit networks from working. If you are using the NAM, you should not download this file, rather use the NAM included version instead.

Dependencies

Note:

If you have any issues with this or any other station feel free to PM me (brenda_xne). I would also love to see screenshots of your cities using my station.

If you want to translate this station to another language or upload it to another site feel free to do it as long as you dont forget to mention who the author is ^_^ and also please let me know if you do it (I love seeing the modifications people do to it and their sites).

Love the model of this station, well done! Of course it's much more difficult to fit it in due to the length,
but that's much more realistic. Still gave it only 3/5, because it has some bugs which make it hard to
actually use it properly:

It works only as a terminal station, the trains don't pass through the station. When used
in one of my cities, most of the el-train traffic died eventually.

It only has a capacity of 1000, instead of 8000 (as mentioned in the readme).

It does not function as a bus station.
The car park and subway link work well though.
I will still use it because I like it a lot, but only as a terminal station :-)

Just tested it again and YES, trains are now passing through the station! Updated my vote to 5/5.

Capacity is now shown as 69000 (!) in game, so that should definitely be sufficient. But I don't know if that was the intention.

Let's see where I can place these in my cities now, to alleviate the traffic  :-)

AgeKay, glad to hear that the station is working for you!  And yes, the 69,000 is intentional; it's the NAM standard capacity for a station of this size with all these features, and it's the same capacity used for this station in the NAM.  Station capacities are actually broken in SC4; they don't work the way Maxis documents them.  See the thread Transit Switch Entry Costs and Station Capacities for a complete explanation of how they actually work, and how this capacity was calculated.
