Your Starbust Plaza appears as the 2nd picture. The ground texture in the amusement park looks like asphalt. It's all right for your first lot though.

Too much just plopped in the area. Too easy to tell it's from many other lots.

We do need a theme park on SC4, but this is a traversty. The awfulness of this lot is offensive to my eyes!

"At least you tried?" Then give it a 9/10? In all honesty, this lot does not deserve any sort of rating. And if you are going to give a high rating just because someone "tried," I honestly don't think you should be rating anything at all.
