This is a simple fix to a Maxis lot that corrects an obvious mistake. No more will the parking area be strangely inaccessible from the road. It is now in front of the building and, as you can see, lines up nicely with the steps.
The stats of this clinic are exactly the same as the original - bet no one saw that coming. It still occupies a 1x2 lot, and everything else is the same. I don't know how to get it to replace the original, so you might have to cope with both on your menu.
