Please don't forget to mention dependencies - I see street trees from SimGoober's prop pack on the lot. Besides, an in-game pic would be good. The building looks quite nice, but it's hard to judge... the LE pics don't show any shadows, hence everything looks worse than it actually is in game.

Hard to tell if this is worth downloading, the view of the picture is quite bad. Show an ingame picture and from the front please. A good picture will indeed help this BAT more and give the credit it earns.

If you are going further with this theme, maybe consider making them w2w, and take a closer look at your scaling. This buildings seems rather small. Simcity scale is different than real scale. Still a very nice bat for your first upload.

Another small comment, on one side the roof texture is placed the wrong way, but I like your dormers. Take some time to refine your bat and it can be a very nice building.
