NIMBY means "Not In My BackYard". It's an acronym that basically means that the sims don't want it near them (except for industrial). YIMBY is the exact opposite ("Yes In My BackYard")

Got it Sclu. It functions the same as the the normal army base. I wanted to reduce some effects in Ilive reader but the changes made doesnt save so its just the same properties on it as the original army base.

Does the road carry traffic? i would like this one a lot if i know the road works. good job from an idea point of view, I don't often comment.

Well, you need to add the property "Tranist I/O Attributes" and put the correct numbers and all in there for traffic to pass through this lot.

Sorry, just remembered something. You can open up the Road Toll Booth from SimCity_1.dat and then just copy the T.I.O property from there, as it'll be the same as whats needed here...

this is great for a first lot but there already is an army checkpoint

Excellent Job! The lots are looking better and better, and this is no exception! It would be nice if you could make a plain old ploppable version of this lot, based on any other, so it may not nessecarily have the same effects buy not replace anything.

I think I would download it if it were a separate lot, rather than a reward lot. But I'll rate it an 8/10 because I think it looks pretty neat. :) And I like the road running through it.

This lot overwrote the original army base and crashed my game as soon as I started it. Thumbs down from me.

Yes,it replaces your default army base.But if you want it back its as simple as just removing it from your plugins folder and voila!The old one is back. That your game crashes has nothing to do with the lot.It has never crashed for me the moment i put it in and i dont see anyone else saying so.

Nice lot! I would personally prefer this as a landmark, so you could build a series of army bases in the city, in stead of replacing the game's reward base...

this is VERY COOL i used it as a border patrol station. and i found out if u put the normal army base or a police building next to ur city border, it keeps crime from migrating into ur city!!
