It gives you money. I see you're back at lot making, and your lots are improving. I'll give it an 8 because this lot is funny.

so in other words, you get 25,000 a month, only to let it destroy and pollute your city beyond resonable repair??? not much use for this....

hmmm....... I can't really picture this lot in my cities. I like that it brings in 25k a month, but the radiation, air, and water polution is waaaay to overwhelming for that kinda pay. If you brought it down to just cover a small city, then I might find it acceptable. I give it a 2

I give it a 10..you guys dont see the possiblities Just imagine you need cash...build it then bulldoze it in a month or a year...or...it will help you learn how to control polution
