Grand Hospital with realistic values, with functional helipad.
I build that from scratch, as of no satisfying simply alternatives in the STEX and other locations. Hospitals I found for big city centers mostly had radical values w/o helipad.
There are no additional dependencies, props are taken from the blddprop dats. The main building is the helipad I made with gmax.
The props include a hangar for the helis, a parking house for the doctors, a post-party-dormitory for the medicine students, some trees and a red making-medicine-student-parties-house (ex-fire-brigade), just everything a hospital needs :-).
