About This File

This park is a simple but nice and very effective lot. If there is anyone out there with demand issues this is the lot for you. Your Residential and Commercial demand in the area that you put this park should go up pretty quickly. Not only that but after a while and the trees in the park build up it will look great. My pictures are with it new and the trees not being built up yet this is the ugliest bit of all. 

Also I cannot get the SC4 Tool to work on my computer. So if there is anyone there that could do me a favour by checking if there are any dependencies and getting back to me that would be great.

Hi ShultzCity, just check the documentation with SC4 Tool, there may be a couple of dll files that you may need to download or update to get it to work. I'm not sure on that though. Thanks sam. Did you read the description, the SC4 Tool on my computer does not work and I do not know how to get it to work.???????? Ashame though, it looked good. LEprops great aswell!

I' don't really like how the lot looks. I'm not too happy with the checkerboard ground design, and I really don't get why there's a wall jutting out of the ground. I'm going to give this work a 2/10 for when freshly plopped, yet for when trees grow an 8/10, making a 6/10.
