My first upload to the STEX! And first try in serious use of the Lot Editor as well. I always liked this huge gazebo from the Palace of fine arts, but the two other lots on the STEX which feature it, weren't acually what i was looking for. So i made my own. I tried to give it realistic values which are based on maxis', but i made an exception at the plop costs, that are higher than other parks, to add a bit realism. Later i had the idea to turn it into a memorial for Sir Peter Ustinov, a really great person.

I built two versions: One with as few dependencies ("maxis version") and one to fit in with the BSC parks ("bsc version"). Simply delete the version you don't want to use or use both if you want to.
