About This File

This can also be called a 767 (I think they are bascilly the same) I made this a while ago but I decided to put it here now. Its probably the best one so far. other than having no textures I think its very detailed. (thats me flying over New York in Flight Sim)

A 757 and a 767 is not "about the same" a 757 is narrower than the 767, the 767 is a bit longer and wider as well.

I think they are more similar than different. the engines are the same, they were both built with glass cockpits, and if a pilot is trained to fly one then is also able to fly the other

So, could this be used in a custom airport pack? I don't know the uses for a 3D model of a commercial airliner except for a custom airport pack.

Nice picture from FS2004. Where did you get the FS2004 model?

I really appreciate people who post gmax files instead of just ready-made BATs! This one is indeed detailed and well done! However I have to agree with Kumba, 756 and 767 planes are different, 767s are widebodies while 757s are actually "large narrowbodies", they are like elongated 737s. Also a static plane prop isn't very usefull. If you are interested in automata modelling, it might be a good idea to get MilkShape and try modelling maybe the 787 and the 380.

There is a huge difference between a 757 and a 767. A 757 (at least the one I went on) bounces, rolls, tips, falls suddenly, etc., while a 767 gives a smooth ride. Still a good model.

The engines are not the same. 767s use either the JT9Ds, PW 4000s, RB211-524s, or GE CF6s, while 757s use the RB211-535s or the PW 2000-series engines. All that aside, nice model.
