A landmark in the truest terms, this will stick out for miles around in any city. At 495 metres to the top to the various masts on the four roofs, this unique building (designed by the renowned Sim architect Oliver P Phore), houses the offices of BLaM, the servers and administrative offices of SimCities, and is where the Futuristic Planning Commission, the Anniversary Celebration Committee and the Spam Consortium all have their main offices.

Be advised that, if you are on a slow connection, this is a large file (9Mb).

I have been informed that there is apparently a render glitch in zoom 3 of this model. My apologies for this ... I missed it somehow ... don't know how. I will be rendering this again when RLS allows in the hope that will fix it and will revise the upload if it cures the problem. Many apologies.

This is a really, really, REALLY beautiful building! 10!

This is jaw-dropping beautiful to look at, first glance. On second glance, the angle and curvature of the building suggests the reflection should be more radical, and include other buildings as well as itself. Also, a sunrise (sunset?) shouldn't be on all four faces. It's possible this picture is 'painted' on the glass, in which case some sort of logo should be on the building to clarify that.

The model was done very well but the textures... are... horrible. The reflections are seriously not working at all. I hope you will fix this and make a version 2!

The structure and design itself is cool but I'm not too keen on the texture. At that level you should not be able to see clouds or some rainbow (looks silly at night). Should have been all glass.

Very Nice!! If it has CO $$ or $$$ jobs, it will have a very special place in my downtown.

What are you people talking about?! The textures are just fine! They make the building look like a big shiny...glass and steel jewel!

Well, a new version is ready for render with more "normal" glass, and it will have 20,000 CO$$ jobs. The new version also reflects between towers, and will be on a larger lot. Should be ready for upload (RLS over the weekend getting in the way) by Monday of next week.

Just don't replace this version, I like the colors on the glass. Unlike some people here...
