Just another small lot from me again: - here we have Imperial Products and Services (IPS)/BLaM Small Heliport
This was put together as originally as part of an expansion to the MAPP (Modular Amusement Park Pack) but I have found can fit just about anywhere including water fronts or Tourist Attraction Zones where a larger more complex heliport is not needed.
It is nice and simple and blends nearly anywhere.
