Casa del Mar es un edificio residencial Panameño, consta de 47 pisos, es uno de los proyectos mas destacados en American BATS con la ayuda de LBT, quien prestó ayuda tanto en props como en consejos de diseño. El edificio viene en dos versiones, Landmarks y Growable, es completamente seguro utilizarlo en juego, tal motivo funcionó en el juego correctamente durante sus pruebas.
