Well now I think it was in the original installation. How much do you care about your city? Actually you could probably just save your region on your desktop and uninstall Simcity, reinstall, and put your region that you carefully saved back into your regions folder.

Ya I finally got it working and I also got the underpass details working too. The trick for the underpass details are is that they only work at 15m below normal.

Yeah because I know of a download that actually is designed to delete elements of your in-game menus maybe you downloaded that plugin or something else with the same kind of properties. Ask yourself, do you know exactly when this problem started occurring? If so, then you would want to go into your plugins folder and find the date that specific file(s) was added (or it may say modified but same thing). Delete everything you added that day, if you have no idea, or it may help you narrow down what you added that was corrupt. Hope I helped!

Wow thanks mrbisonm! But you may also the remove pollution mod, but if it's realism you want it might not necessarily be the most productive approach

It's probably a pathfinding problem. You need to remember your sims are stupid. There is a pathfinding mod on this site (can't remember the name) but with the help of that you can get your sims to use the easiest method of travel. This includes your mass transit, highways and luckily your trains. And just assuming, maybe you should make sure your rails are hooked up right. Hope I helped!
