The rest is pretty straightforward I believe. Just copy the core .dat files and the desired lots from either of these sets. (ONLY one of them) They are structured pretty well into folders in the downloaded .zip file. I hope this helps a bit.

Do i need the thumbs files, they are data base files.

In the Electricity Menu, this is to save cluttering up the Parks menu.

No, these are not needed. SC4 only uses the following formats:

• .SC4Lot
• .SC4Desc
• .SC4Model
• .DAT

If you have any other files in a download, best NOT to place them into your plugins folder.

It took me 3 times to figure out how to install this. If you don't install in correct order you will be lost. Also instructions start off saying to move 9 files but there is really 10 but you have to read the very bottom for the oh by the way here is 10th mystery file.

Hi, I have an issue using this Mod everytime I try to use wall with stair the game CTD, any suggestions ?!
