About This File

This pack of props contains a further 29 characters to enhance the signs you can make for your city. All props can be found in the Lot Editor with hopefully self-explanatory names. The characters in this pack are:

&, £, ¥, ¼, ½, ¾, Á, À, Â, Ã, Ä, É, È, Ê, Í, Ì, Î, Ï, Ï, Ñ, Ó, Ò, Ô, Ö, Õ, Ú, Ù, Û, Ü

Also included in the archive is a test lot showing all 29 characters in this pack (these are also shown in the lower half of the picture you can see here). As this is a test lot it does not have a custom icon, nor does it cost anything or have any effect on the game. It is purely to illustrate the use of the props. Of course, to use this lot in game you need to have the props installed as well as volume 1 and 2.

The props are contained in the file BLaM_signs_clean_v3.dat. The test lot is contained in the file BLaMSignsV3Test.dat.

As these are props there are no statistics. You are free to use these props in anyway you feel fit, but please do not include the props with any files you release, but instead point users to this file as a dependency. Many thanks.

To instal

BLaM recommends the making of a folder named BLaM within your plugins folder. The contents of the folder contained within the download zip archive may then be dragged directly to that folder.

Greek and Cyrillic are to follow, along with the lowercase letters (a-z and accented variants) and a set of smaller signs for people who want more discreet signs in their cities. I am also working on a series of neon signs :D

An interesting concept, enabling signs in very many languages. I shall have to try this out in my city.

Dude: we don't need more characters (with the possible exception of a lower-case L). We need more COLORS.
