About This File

Erected in 1820 year for Ludwik Adam Dmuszewski - actor and director of National Theater. In 1898 one floor added. Destroyed in 1939 during Invasion of Poland. Reconstricted in the 50s as 3 storey building.

 

Zip contains landmark and growable version of building.

 

It's R$$$ for 485 sims grows in Euro tileset & dense zones, lot size 3x4

I find I'm plopping this building all the time in my historic urban areas...it must be one of my favorites! Great job.
