Looks pretty interesting. And yes I'm tired of Ferris Wheels.

Whoo! This looks great! I hardly ever download lots, especially not ones this big, but this looks like an exception! One question I've always, had, though, what happens to pre-existing state fairs when the replacement is installed?

If i can give you 11 i will do it...Anyway 10 is the highest rate and i will give you this !!! great idea!!!

re: Equinox: Don't worry, your pre-existing state fair won't be deleted. If you decide to go back to the ferris wheel, just simply delete Nightlife Row (or if you wanna use it again, just put it in another directory). Once that's gone, the default State Fair will be back in your rewards.

Make it ploppable not replacable

I don't wish to swap lots in and out. I want both this and the State Fair lot. Please fix this for me. Pretty Please?

Ploppable would definately be an improvement, not like needs one anyway. Great job on it!

I think the light sra ewonderful but what attracted me to this lot was the shape of the architechture! Well done, one of the best lots I have seen so far! x
