I had a hard time with this one...whew...
Are you tired of looking at ferris wheels? I was, so I made something a little more challenging for my sims. Nightlife Row is a great place to come and party. This lot has a casino, various club, hotels, shops, and a nice long beach where all the tailgaters like to hang out and fire off the bottle rockets. There's no cars allowed in Nightlife Row, and your sims don't really need them if they just want to walk around and tour the sights. They just simply park their cars down by the beach and go for a stroll. This lot replaces the State Fair. And there is one little catch...this lot has a beach so it has to be plotted by water.
