is there any way to get the file to unzip it

I have a problem unzipping this well. Got part 2 here on STEX, renamed the file to .z01, but it still doesn't work. Wonder if the author's still around to check it.

[*]Then, put the extracted files in the Plugins Folder.
[*]Then, download this file
[*]Once you opened this file, extract it to Plugins under the name "DMS_Stadium_Final.zip"
[*]You will see a WinRaR command message about z01. Click browse and find the z01 file in Plugins
[*]Then click OK
[*]If you see a command message about this ZIP file select browse and find this file under "downloads".

Great stadium, sad that it can't be installed though.... keep getting an error code about the DS Store file. Tried renaming, unzipping in several different ways to no avail. Even tried Tonaq's suggested method.
