My next BAT is one I've been working on for a while - it's a house based on a picture I saw. There are two lots inclued and no dependencies. Here are the stats:

 

Wealth: R$$

Number of occupants: 8

Lot sizes: 2x2 and 1x3

Power consumed: 1

Water consumed: 0

Garbage produced: 1

Air and water pollution: 1 over 3 tiles

Construction time: 10 days

Bulldose cost: §150

Flammability: 40

Max fire stage: 2

 

As you can notice, the values for water, garbage and pollution have been toned down to suit the fact that it's an eco house.

great work! I love the architecture of it! small thing about the stats, they are normal values for houses with this amount of residents... anyway 10/10
