Merry Christmas to all Simtropolis members from the SFBT!
This small plaza turns into a festive Christmas market during the holiday season, like it can be found in nearly every city and larger villages in Germany and the surrounding countries. It's a reward lot that is available, once your city has attracted mre than 5,000 sims. The stall owners pay a small fee that contributes to your city coffers, therefore, this lot acts as a business deal with a montly income of 50 simoleons.
Note: Unfortunately, SimCity 4 has a small bug that causes props not to light up if they are placed near the lot borders in a certain direction. This also affects some of the Christmas decoration - but maybe it was just a sim that stumbled over the power cord in the dark, so it got unplugged by accident... ;-)
