I like it. One version for volunteers and students to tour(Hey, whatever gets them out of class). And this version for the scientists to work in.

hmmmm ... somehow the smaller SETI centre looks better to me. The array of satellite dishes looks somewhat ... unrealisitic. Still, it's not bad. Just my opinion ...
