The maintenance costs should be higher, simply because the radius is huge, but still, this is an excellent way to solve the problem of providing services in rural cities. 10!

I have heard the people's cries and I will oblidge! Look for and update with larger maint. cost later tonight. Maybe same as original is good? Thanks for all the comments, keep'em coming. They help me make better lots.

Update is done. New maintenence - $300 for large; $100 for small. Enjoy!

utexas - This is the last time I am going to tell you, Shmails is not an annoying word, it is my name. I tag my lots the same way that everyone else does. However, I only do that for landmark and civic buildings.

They look great in the pics, but when I download, the building doesn't show up... just the lot and the landscape. I know I must be missing something. Please help point me in the right direction!

Sorry for the problem, if you have bldg prop 1 and 2, and all the updates from maxis, then it was made before the new plugins. Unfortunately I have just erased my hard drive (darm virus), so I cannot check or update. Sorry again. If I reload the lot editor, I will check it out. Sorry again.
