I've had the game on multiple computers since it came out. I don't think it used to always make this noise. And, you hear it whether you are close to cemetery or not.

Same issue here. It only occurs in October. But it's annoying.

Found this thread when searching. I don't think it's the graveyard. This is like a deep breathing or snoring sound. Only happens when you zoom in and isn't consistent. I can be laying a highway in a commercial zone and hear this. It's also very loud. Wondering if it came with a mod/pluggin since a lot of people don't seem to hear it. If you heard it, you'd know exactly what it is.
