ok, even for re-lotted maxis buildings. I like where you were going with this, but it could be better. I'd say 4/5. Also, Sc4Lova, this building requires the buildings as props pack from simcity.com (you need to be product registered to download last time I checked)

Without a helicopter it is not useful as zhe only clinic in my city, but it is a nice addition to my health system. thanks
