looks ok, but i recomend that you get an in-game screenshot before uploading. its very hard too see from the lot editor screenshot

Exellent work, but does it has dependencies? Use the SC4tool to check for them, just search on the forums, or if you can't find it, just tell, and I will give you the link.. Again, great work 8/10

Too much cars for pre school. The children could get overrun by those cars when they leave and arrive.

Yes, it does have a dependency - if you don't have the Modest Little House.SC4MODEL in your plugins (one of the three sample models that came with the BAT). And that dirt texture does't look like a default Maxis one. Nice first try, but try to acknowledge dependencies, and it might not be a good idea to use those Maxis models - I think almost everybody has thrown them out.
