Hello Fellow Simtropians and Fellow Despots Alike Introducing the Town Centre Series, a place where your Sims can shop and relax in a more friendly local environment where everyone knows everyone (Mall of Solaria not withstanding). In this package are four different town centres, each suited to unique locations in your cities or towns, they are:
- Town Centre; what Americans call strip malls, here we have a medium wealth Town Centre with an array of shops, a library, a McDonalds, a DP Gas station and public space. This lot is Transit Enabled, just run a standard SC4 road over the road in the town centre and you have a realistic and new transit route.
- Rural Town Centre, this is more suited to rural or low wealth communities, now here we have the array of shops, but also a market place to trade and exchange goods. Again a library and DP station is present but no McDonalds. The main road is transit enabled, the side road blocked for markets. Use the Road/Street TEC to connect your roads to the street on the edge of the lot
Note due to technical diffculties in gaining BSC dependencies, a new BLaM Town Centre is being constructed and should be released by December 10. Stay Tuned

Now I know that’s a huge amount of files especially from BSC, however if you have been downloading BSC lots regularly you should already have them. I make no apologies for this list.
