My first upload to the STEX is finally here so please comment :)

It sa a simple edited Army Base wich now looks much batter in your big hi-tech cities!!!

it's look is the only thing that has changed so you can customize it's properties if You want.

Install it by putting it in your my docs/sim city4/plugins directory

I have also INCLUDED README, so READ it!

Coolio! 2 questions though, Does replace the original army base? and: Is it a reward? other wise, 8/10
