This file contains five lots. The main lot is the Cathedral. It is 7x9, and only cost $1000 to plop, but costs $10000 to bulldoze and a $250 maintenence. It has a landmark and park effect.
The other four lots are parking and roadside lots. There is a 3x1 parking (with 15 parking spots), a 3x1 fountain, a 1x1 center piece, and a 1x1 corner piece. These lots are not necessary, but they add park effect and a nice look to the sides and rear.
