Showtime Casino 1.0

I have SimCity 4 Deluxe, which has Rush Hour in it, and the building still won't appear for me. Do I need Rush Hour as a separate package from the game, or can I just download something to make the building appear?

Only the lights wont show and I got the two building prop files and RH, what else am I missing?

I have SC4 Deluxe edition, It contains rush hour and the game itself. should the building show up then because im not getting any building, just the props around it. same with the coastal casino building.

this won't replace my regular casino will it?

Thats cheap, you took a mall, a high wealth condominion, and some thing from the casino and placed it all together, i would not like this back in 2004 even as the first mod!
