About This File
This is a map of Okinawa Island, Japan. It is half scale. It is 48 by 48 km.
Instructions (very important note below):
If you don't have beskhu3epnm's plugins pack, download it here. Thanks to Andy80586, lookinin, moganite, and beskhu3epnm for help with the plugins.
1) Place one of the 500m mods in your plugin folder, and remove any other height mod plugins.
2) Create a new folder called Okinawa in your ...My Documents/SimCity 4/Regions directory.
3) Download the config.bmp file and place it in the new folder
4) Download the Okinawa500.jpg file and remember where you downloaded it to.
5) Run your SimCity 4 game
6) Open the Okinawa Region
7) On your keyboard, press and hold down 'ctrl' + 'alt' + 'shift' + 'r'--this should bring up a dialogue box
8) Browse to the folder that you downloaded Okinawa500.jpg to, find "Okinawa500.jpg", and open this file.
9) This should start the rendering. BE PATIENT. This will likely take between 20 minutes and 1 and a half hours.
