nice ideas on both of your lots, but you should definitely look for textures that would blend in with the game and other lots better, especially for the white roof :) 7/10

The roof isn't white, ifyou zoom in it is more of a cement color

it is white...look man you NEED textures.i can help ya with some dude:P

As others have said the textures could use some work. The roof is way to white. Textures tend to get much lighter in gmax then they actually are. In my bats I compensate by adjusting the brightness of most textures down by -20.

Good model, the textures aren't that great but good job for your first BAT. 7/10 for trying.
