    For generations the Binkington's have been the 3rd richest family in Sim Nation and have chosen your city to live in. Their three building house is complete with a pool, recreational hall, arcade (a recent addition), and a fully complete family room. The Binkingtons are very needy so see need to make your city top notch. Make the Binkingtons proud!

    A community center for your suburban and/or metropolis cities. Sims enjoy indoor swimming, tennis, ice hockey, racketball, ice skating, and track. Kinda like the one in my town. This lot has no night lighting. No dependencies. Enjoy!!!
