It must be a small paper if only 100 people can put it out. The paper probobly doesn't have the resouces to maintain a presence on the internet.

Good idea to include a newspaper office, too.

I don't think a newspaper company that sells its papers All over simnation would have a very small headquarters like this. But i think it is really cool though.
