SQUAMISH BRITISH COLUMBIA
This is a scale map of the region surrounding the current day Squamish British Columbia, a little bit North of Vancouver. This region is 9x9. It will be extremely difficult to build a large city on this map. There are a couple of locations off of the ocean for satellite communities accessible via ferry. Most of this map is eye candy! This should pose a challenge and there is ample opportunity to try something new with regards to building on mountains.
DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
Download Map, Render in SC4 using 3000m.dat plugin, or scale at 12.7054 in SC4Terraformer (0 for minimum terrain). If you are having difficulty, please PM me and I will get you the things that you need! Using Ilive’s Reader, you can modify your Columbus Terrain Mod to import the image at 12.7054 (ß--best results!). For custom snow level, include mayspacy’s Middle European Climate Mod to raise the snow limit to 2000m, or change the temperature rage to a higher value using the reader.
If you want the exact image that I have posted, PM me and I will send you a package to place in your plugins folder for this to happen.
This will generate the terrain accordingly.
